While most of the article on Cincinatti.com is a Where Are They Now, the first two paragraphs are an example of What He Was Not:

Madison Place native and Olympic figure skater Russ Witherby is coming back to where it all began. He skated his way around the world as a competitive pairs figure skater by way of 13 trips to the national championships, six to the world championships and a trip to the 1992 Winter Olympic Games in Albertville, France.

Russ, of course, was an ice dancer. Oops.
